Personally, I think watercolour is one of the most expressive mediums out there. Its fluidity and transparency create images that feel soft yet dramatic all at once. Watercolour has the wonderful perk of portability — you can easily slip your paints and paper into your bag or pocket and create whenever inspiration hits.
