First Transmission is Domains’ debut live show at Paper Dress Vintage, Hackney. An immersive night of dark electronica and guitar. Lights, projection and haze fill the room as Domains provide a live soundtrack. First time they’ve played this set, so come ready for something different. Support provided by Nige4tographer (DJ set) Music: Domains are a London-based dark electronic/guitar duo, blending Krautrock, Synthwave, Post-Rock and IDM. Industrial textures, cold synths, hypnotic arpeggios and heavy low-end, all wrapped in fog and shifting light. Somewhere between the clinical precision of Jon Hopkins and the analogue warmth of Boards of Canada — brooding, mechanical, immersive. Following an EP and three singles, Domains are now working on their debut album. **First come, first served. Entry subject to venue capacity.**
