Bannock & Berries Indigenous Food Experience

Experience traditional Indigenous ingredients and culture through food!  This program takes you on short tour around the land where the Bow and Elbow rivers meet, where you’ll learn the significance of this place to Indigenous Peoples and explore some traditional and ceremonial plants. Afterwards, watch a bannock cooking demonstration with a Métis facilitator and sample traditional foods like berry soup, fry bread, and bannock.
