New Year’s Eve Sydney Harbour Cruise 2026 Inside the NYE Exclusion Zone • Official Harbour of Light Parade Vessel • 9pm & Midnight Fireworks • All Inclusive Thursday 31 December 2026 | 7pm–1:15am Celebrate New Year’s Eve from inside Sydney Harbour’s official NYE exclusion zone aboard MV Calmer — putting you right amongst the action for one of the world’s most spectacular New Year’s Eve celebrations. And before the fireworks begin, MV Calmer will take part in Sydney Harbour’s spectacular Harbour of Light Parade , joining the illuminated vessels cruising the harbour as part of the official New Year’s Eve celebrations. This isn’t a cruise watching Sydney NYE from the outskirts. You’ll be inside the exclusion zone, on the harbour, and part of the celebration. Your ticket includes ?? Inside the Official NYE Exclusion Zone MV Calmer is authorised to operate within Sydney Harbour’s New Year’s Eve exclusion zone, giving our guests the opportunity to experience the celebrations from within the controlled harbour area. ? Part of the Harbour of Light Parade MV Calmer will be illuminated and participate in the NYE Harbour of Light Parade, cruising alongside other participating vessels before the midnight celebrations. ?? 9pm & Midnight Fireworks Experience both of Sydney’s famous New Year’s Eve fireworks displays from the water. ?? Huge Open-Air Sky Deck Our upper Sky Deck provides 360-degree open-air viewing across Sydney Harbour. ??? Three Levels of Harbour Viewing Move between spacious indoor areas, outdoor viewing areas and wrap-around balconies throughout the evening. ??? Food Included Grazing stations, hot canapés and desserts served throughout the evening. ?? Sydney is extremely busy on New Year’s Eve and road closures, public transport changes and heavy pedestrian traffic should be expected. Important information Under 18s are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult. No prams. MV Calmer is not wheelchair accessible. Smart casual dress. No tall, narrow or pointed heels. Small stable chunky heels are permitted. No BYO food or beverages. Alcohol service is subject to NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. Fireworks displays, exclusion zones, vessel movements, parade arrangements and viewing positions are controlled by the relevant Sydney Harbour and government authorities. Exact vessel positioning cannot be guaranteed and is subject to directions from harbour authorities on the night. Boarding and return times may change due to harbour traffic and authority directions. Important Information, terms & conditions for attendance onboard MV Calmer Licensed venue . Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations. V alid photo ID Required Children under 18 must remain under the care and active supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times while onboard . For safety reasons, children must not be permitted to roam the vessel unsupervised, including stairways, balconies, boarding areas, and external deck spaces. Guests are asked to carefully supervise young children throughout the duration of the cruise. Drinks are available for purchase that are not included in a stated beverage package. Drinks included in the Beveerage package will be available for service between boarding and 12:30am. After which all drinks will be for purchase, with RSA compliance applicable. Food may be available under a stated package or for purchase - Any menu provided is indicative only and subject to change without notice. Allergen Notice : Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While care is taken in preparation, we are unable to guarantee the complete absence of allergens , including, but not limited, to gluten,dairy, nuts and seafood, due to the risk of cross-contamination. For guests with significant intolerance, severe allergies or specific dietary requirements, we recommend carefully considering whether the available options and onboard kitchen environment are suitable for your individual needs before booking. Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund. Cash and card accepted for onboard beverage purchases. Strictly NO BYO food or beverages Heels Policy – The MV Calmer has steep stairs, so tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are fine! Seating Notice : This is a cocktail, event viewing, style cruise and is not a table-service or seated-viewing event The vessel layout is determined by All Event Cruises with event flow, passenger movement, dance floor space and onboard safety in mind. All available seating throughout the vessel while ample is unreserved, or guaranteed. Guests must not bring their own chairs, stools or other seating onto the vessel. Bringing personal seating may create safety or access issues and may result in refusal of entry. Guests are encouraged to view prior event photo albums on our social media pages before booking to get a clear understanding of the event style, vessel setup and atmosphere. Suitability of the event is at the patron’s discretion prior to purchase. Unsuitability based on seating preferences, event format or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund. Accessibility: Please note that MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to wharf, gangway and vessel design. The vessel cannot accommodate wheelchairs. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser and attendees to assess whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual accessibility, mobility or personal needs before purchasing tickets. Guests should contact us before booking to discuss suitability. Lack of suitability based on accessibility or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund Bag Policy: For safety and security reasons bags larger than a purse or clutch size are not permitted onboard. All bags will be searched prior to boarding. Guest that arrive with larger bags such as backpacks, totes and other items may be refused admission without refund. No Prams permitted - due to taking up room and being a trip hazard. No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups. Total cruise duration may be inclusive of embarkation/disembarkation. All indicated times may be adjusted at the descretion of AEC management, and,or vessel Captain. Do not leave bags or other personal items unattended while on-board the vessel. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any lost, damaged or stolen personal items. No need to stress about the weather! Rain doesn't stop the boat from cruising, and there is plenty inside space on the main and mid decks for an epic time! so you don't have to worry about what the weather is doing. CCTV & Security Notice : For the safety, security, and enjoyment of all guests, crew, and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV surveillance. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording and security procedures. Professional photography and video may be captured - By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur during the event. You consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using any images or footage of you for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes, without compensation. Event Conditions: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements, or responsible service of alcohol regulations, and all applicable legislation. Deck Capacity and Access: For passenger safety and compliance with vessel capacity requirements, the open-air sky deck is limited to a maximum of 90 passengers at any one time. Onboard security will actively monitor and maintain this capacity limit throughout the cruise. Once the sky deck reaches its maximum capacity, access will be temporarily restricted. Guests will then be permitted to move onto the sky deck on a one-person-up, one-person-down basis as space becomes available. Access to the sky deck is shared among all guests and cannot be reserved or guaranteed at any particular time, including during the fireworks displays. Guests must follow all directions provided by crew and security personnel. Food and beverage service will not be provided on the sky deck. Food stations, bars and beverage service will operate on the vessel’s main and mid decks. Guests must not congregate on stair ways, or block the free flow of movement up and down. All event information, terms and conditions are made available on the ticketing page at the time of purchase. A guest’s failure to read, receive or understand this information does not provide grounds for a refund, credit, transfer or other compensation. Group Bookings and Purchaser Responsibility : Where one person purchases tickets on behalf of multiple attendees or a group, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that every person attending under that booking is provided with, and is fully aware of, all relevant event information, entry requirements, policies, terms and conditions before the event date. All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Departure Policy: Vessel always aims to depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
