Carnival | 20 March 2027 | River Park – enter via Carobean Avenue, Cowra About the Carnival The Cowra Festival of International Understanding is a unique celebration of peace, friendship, and diversity, with various activities taking place from 19 March - 21 March, 2027.  One of the main events is the carnival which will take place on SATURDAY 20th MARCH from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Bump in from 10am. The Carnival incorporates stage activities, stalls, food vendors, cultural activities, licenced area and games. For 2027, the guest nation is the Kenya. Stallholders are asked to be self-sufficient with tables, chairs, shade and signage. Limited power will be available and must be pre-booked, noting a maximum of two outlets per stall. You will need to supply $20m Public Liability Insurance. If you are a food trader, you must comply with all Council and Government Regulations, and provide a valid Food Safety Certificate.
