Perfect for beginners and curious bakers alike, this immersive experience will guide you through every step of the sourdough process—from understanding and maintaining a starter to mixing, shaping, and baking your own rustic loaf.Please bring the following items to class:A 2-quart bowl or container with a lid – You'll use this to take home your loaf for baking.A small glass jar with a lid – This will be used to take home your sourdough starter.MenuAPPETIZERBacon & Cheese Egg BitesMAIN COURSESourdough StarterSourdough Honey BouleCompound ButtersSweet Honey & CinnamonWhat To ExpectInstructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef InstructorLength: Approximately 3 hours.Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.Location: First floor.Restrictions: Ages 16 and older.
