Following their hugely popular Duke Ellington & Ella Fitzgerald program last season, the Stray Horns return to the Fort Garry Hotel with a festive celebration of one of the greatest holiday jazz recordings of all time: Ella Fitzgerald’s Ella Wishes You a Swingin’ Christmas. Expect beloved seasonal favourites including “Jingle Bells,” “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town,” “Winter Wonderland” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” brought to life with the warmth, elegance and swinging spirit of Ella’s classic arrangements. A joyful evening of big-band jazz, timeless Christmas songs and sophisticated holiday cheer, The Stray Horns Play Ella’s Swingin’ Christmas is the perfect way to celebrate the season. - Please note: Food and table service will not be available during Jazz at the Fort Garry Hotel performances. The Club Room bar will be open for beverage purchases, and complimentary popcorn will be offered. Ticket holders receive 15% off food and drinks at Oval Room Brasserie before or after the show by presenting their digital show ticket. - Jazz at the Fort Garry Hotel is presented with the support of Long & McQuade. - Jazz at the Fort Garry Hotel is located in The Club Room on the lower level of The Fort Garry Hotel.
