In this fun class, I will show you how to make an iconic German baked good - the PRETZEL (or rather, Brezel, in German)! You will have plenty of opportunity to practise shaping pretzels and you will also learn how to make pretzel dough, so you can create these famous twisted dough shapes at home and delight your family and friends.
Apart from being fun, the class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate the recipe at home. The small class size (maximum of 6 participants) ensures plenty of opportunity for questions to maximise your learning experience.
