CPD Guide 1.5 PS This session is delivered by Deborah Bowring, Manager, Tasmanian Law Library, Andrew Inglis Clark. This session covers the basics of legal research that legal practitioners may need to undertake. Case law and legislation will be looked at. By the end of the session it is hoped that participants will feel comfortable in their abilities to locate legislation, unreported judgments and reported cases from the various free online sources. This session will also look at the services that the Tasmania Law Library can offer to provide legislation and case law that is not available for free online.
