CPD Guide 1 PS This session is delivered by Alan Morgan, former Crown Solicitor from the Office of the Crown Solicitor, on complex commercial drafting with an early career lawyers focus. This will cover the rules and principles that are used in commercial contracts but equally adaptable to other drafting such as pleadings and preparing advice.
